IP 2.05a Drug Screening

In compliance with the Federal guidelines, it is the policy of the college that employees with commercial driver’s licenses (CDL) will be alcohol and drug free.   This guideline, works in conjunction with SP 3-24, the Drug Free Workplace. 

All CDL Drivers shall be subject to pre-employment/pre-duty, reasonable suspicion, random, post-accident, return-to-duty and follow-up alcohol and drug testing pursuant to procedures set out in federal regulations.
