Equity in Athletics

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires colleges and universities that participate in intercollegiate athletic programs and provide federal financial aid assistance to file this annual report to the U. S. Department of Education detailing athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses for men's, women's, and coed teams. This data is then used to inform Congress on gender equity in college athletics.
