Article IX – Amendments

Section 1.

Amendments to the constitution shall be proposed by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Student Senate or by a petition signed by ten percent (10%) of the members of ASNJC. Petitions shall be submitted to the Student Senate. The amendments must be approved in an ASG sponsored election in which ten percent (10%) of the ASNJC members vote with two-thirds (2/3) voting in favor.
