All Change of Major Forms need to be submitted by Census Date of each semester to ensure student’s curriculum is changed for the current term. Any Change of Major Form submitted after Census Date will be applied to the following term.
The Student Information Release Authorization (FERPA) allows students the opportunity to grant approval to provide information regarding Academic, Financial Aid, Admissions, and Housing/Judicial records.
Below are instructions for accessing the Authorized Release of Information (FERPA) form:
- Students need to log into Access NJC
- On the left menu, click on Registration and Transcripts
- On the right side under "Student Information Release Authorization", click on the Student Information Release Authorization (FERPA) form, and complete the required information.
- Select “Submit Form” and the form will be sent directly to the Records Office for processing.
