I have read the student handbook for the Nursing Program, and know I must comply with policies as stated.

I also understand that in order to meet the requirements of the nursing program, I must maintain at least a “C” in each nursing related course.

I understand that my student email account is used by the nursing programs at NJC to communicate important information.  I also understand that my grades and important course information is available to me on D2L for each course of the nursing program.  I agree to check my student email and D2L accounts on a daily basis.
