The Honorable Wellington E. Webb and Honorable Wilma J. Webb Human Investment Scholarship is open to students who are active in the NJC Basketball teams.  One scholarship will be awarded to a member of the Men’s Basketball Team and one scholarship will be awarded to a member of the Women’s Basketball Team who have a need and who prioritize the health, safety and well-being of local and global communities and unconditionally seek to uplift others.

To be eligible for the scholarship, students must: 

  1. Be full-time students at NJC
  2. Maintain a 2.5 GPA
  3. Be a member of the NJC Men’s or Women’s basketball teams
