Frequently Asked Questions

From Animal Science to Chemistry to Speech - our instructional specialists and student learning assistants provide tutoring for virtually all courses offered on Northeastern's campus.

1. Stop in. The MLC is located in the Monahan Library at the center of the Northeastern campus, just north of the Cafeteria. Stop at the scheduling desk.
2. Call 970-521-6791. Ask to schedule an appointment at a time convenient to you, and the staff will take care of the rest.
3. Schedule through Navigate. 

Tutoring and study group sessions are provided at no cost to Northeastern students. 

Some students seek tutoring immediately upon starting a course; others come once in a while to get help with specific content or test prep.  Students are welcome to make permanent appointments, one-time appointments, or drop-in for assistance for math and English in the Excel Center. Many students come to MLC to study and use the resources at any time.
