Facility Details

The Jackson and Edwards Arena serves the college and Northeast Colorado community as a multi-purpose facility where you can find college sporting events, high school and youth sporting events, conventions, concerts, graduation and much more.

It boasts a state of the art video scoreboard which also can double as display for gaming or movies. With modern technology throughout, even the wooden floor of the gym is a suspended system allowing movement with motion to minimize wear and tear on joints during play.

We can convert the building into:

A place for shows and other entertainment venues including a 3,000 seat concert arena.
Conventions, conferences, seminars, clinics and lectures.
Athletic contests; ideal for tournaments.
...and many, many more uses.

Auxiliary Gym

The auxiliary gym, located at the opposite end of the building, provides a second area for varied activity. Day to day it is used for practice and play, but easily converts into a two-court tournament area with or without a center drape. It is ideal for team warm-up space, special program accommodations or a convention exhibit hall. Again, notice the large overhead door which allows big items to be moved into this area.

A batting cage for indoor baseball and softball practice may be lowered from the ceiling as needed. This gym floor, which also moves with motion, is striped for basketball, badminton, and indoor tennis play. Volleyball is frequently played here as well.

Cardio Area

The upper level of the building has a cardiovascular work-out area featuring cycles, cross trainers, treadmills, more weight machines and numerous specialized fitness tools. This area overlooks the main arena and has overhead televisions.
