New Student Move in Day is Monday January 20th, 9:00am-4:00pm
We ask that all new students and transfer students who will live on or off campus in the Spring of 2025, join us on Monday, January 20th for drop-in orientation between the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the Student Success Center located in the Hays Student Center. Orientation will introduce you to services on campus with their location and point of contact, and ensure that you are technologically prepared to begin classes.
Below you’ll find some helpful tips for move-in:
- You MUST HAVE your Payment Plan set up, your Student I.D. Picture taken, and be enrolled in 12+ Credits BEFORE you are able to move in
- To take care of your bill, login to your NJC Access account, click on “Financial Aid and Payments”
- To take your picture for your photo I.D. please visit the Housing Office in Hays Student Center 113
- If you are not in 12+ credits, please contact NJCStudentSuccessCenter@njc.edu
We cannot wait for you and your family to arrive on campus. Please check D2L before classes start on Tuesday for important information about meeting dates and times.
