Student Move in Day is Monday, January 19th, 9:00am-4:00pm
We ask that all new first year students or transfer students who live on and off campus attend Drop-in Student Orientation on Monday, January 19, 2025.
- Drop-in Orientation is available in the Hays Student Center, Student Success Center (office 104)
- Orientation will take place every 30 minutes starting at 9:00 a.m. and the last session will start at 5:30 p.m.
- Attend and be entered to win a prize

Below you’ll find some helpful tips for move-in:
- You MUST HAVE your Payment Plan set up, your Student I.D. Picture taken, and be enrolled in 12+ Credits BEFORE you are able to move in
- To take care of your bill, login to your NJC Access account, click on “Financial Aid and Payments”
- To take your picture for your photo I.D. please visit the Housing Office in Hays Student Center 113
- If you are not in 12+ credits, please contact NJCStudentSuccessCenter@njc.edu
