Testing Services

For Students

Schedule your test in advance.

To schedule a test, complete this form or use the QR code. 

Testing window will start at the scheduled time.

Students need to be ready for the test at the scheduled test time. Students that arrive late may not receive the originally scheduled amount of time.

Tests must be taken during class time. 

Tests not taken during class time must be approved by the instructor.

Students cannot have cell phones, smart watches, hats, backpacks or hoodies during testing.

Cell phones must be turned in when students check in for their test. Cell phones will be kept secure and returned to the student upon completion of the exam. Students are only allowed to take materials into the exam that are approved by the instructor. Scratch paper will be provided.

Testing rooms are monitored by video and/or in-person proctoring. 

To ensure the integrity of the test, students will be monitored and recorded during testing.

Makeup Exams

Makeup testing is a service we provide when students cannot find an agreed upon time to test with their instructor and receive permission from the instructor to test in the MLC.  If this is the case, please work with your instructor to determine a testing window so the test can be delivered to the MLC. 

For Faculty & Instructors

After students schedule, the MLC will be in contact with you to make arrangements to receive the test. When the student is done testing, tests will be available for pick in the MLC. If you are using the MLC for makeup testing:

• Please let the MLC know in advance
• Inform your students that they must schedule ahead of time.
• Accommodations testing takes precedence over makeup testing, so we may not be able to offer testing for you student at their preferred time.
