2019 Jump Start Class

Running Start

Running Start at Northeastern provides an early college opportunity for TRIO eligible students.

Join us August 9th-12th, 2026 to get a running start on your college experience.

Students arrive on campus early, move into the residence halls, earn 1 college credit, orient to campus and the community, and start making life-long memories.

"I liked the environment and knowing that I have a lot of resources to look for when I’m struggling or need help. I also enjoy doing things that I’ve never done before and being able to experience them for the first time." - Running Start Student

I always found inspiration from my professors at NJC who made me laugh, and encouraged me to be the best I could be.  Eventually I would like to use my skills to become a video game programmer or designer.
