Emphasizes the planning, writing, and revising of compositions, including the development of critical and logical thinking skills. Covers the physics of mechanics and requires application of classical physics to both mathematical and conceptual problems. Includes the study of measurements, atomic theory, chemical bonding, nomenclature, stoichiometry, solutions, acid and base, gas laws, and condensed states.
