Torrington, Wyo. – As the season progresses, the Plainsmen and Plainswomen golf teams continue to have better outings.
On Sept. 15 and 16 at the Eastern Wyoming College tournament NJC’s men’s team was able to come up with a tie for a third place finish, their best of the season. They had a stroke total of 602 between all of their players.
Brooklyn Davis of the Plainswomen team, which also took third place last week, had a great tournament as she finished in 2nd place.
Next up, Northeastern hosts its fall tournament. They tee off at 1 p.m on Thursday, Sept. 22, at Sky Ranch Golf Course and 9 a.m on Friday, Sept. 23, at Riverview Golf Course.
