Northeastern Junior College Diesel Department’s second annual Mudevil Dayz was a success, with the group raising enough money to purchase a 2003 Reefer semi trailer for training.

Approximately 345 spectators came from as far away as Wyoming and South Dakota to watch the races and 42 drivers competed. Winners of this year’s event, who all received trophies, were:

Street Stock

First – Zeque Ward, driving a 76 GMC K1500, with a time of 20.8915

Second – Chris Stalm, driving a Jeep Wrangler, with a time of 23.5805

Third – Scott Bittler, driving a Chevy 1500, with a distance of 102-feet 6-inches
