Seth Brouwer of Flagler, a sophomore student in the automotive technology program at Northeastern Junior College was recently honored as the NAPA Student of the Month. He received the honor for the month of February, which was awarded in late March.
The NAPA Student of the Month program is sponsored by NAPA Auto and Truck Parts of Sterling. Each month, a student from one of the college’s automotive or diesel technology programs is selected by the instructors to receive this award. It is based on performance in the classroom and in the labs where hands-on work is being done.
It just sounded like it would be a great fit for the path I chose.
For a small town community college, the campus has the environment of a university and it is beautiful.
I came to NJC on a wrestling scholarship. I had other opportunities from various universities, but this matched my price point for school.
