The DHR Operations staff at the Department of Personnel & Administration, Division of Human Resources, has completed the review of the Colorado Community College System’s Performance Management Program. I am pleased to notify you that the Program submitted on March 14, 2022, meets the requirements established by Personnel Board Rules and Director’s Administrative Procedures, and is hereby approved.

In the event of an official proceeding related to such a Program, the laws and rules will be the official documents upon which an interpretation or ruling will be based. In order to ensure that our files remain current and accurate, please provide me with copies of any additions or modifications to your Performance Management Program that may be made subsequent to the date of this approval letter.

This letter satisfies the requirement from the Department’s delegation agreement Section D, Performance Administration and Compliance executed on July 12, 2019.
