“Elephant’s Graveyard”
The NJC Theatre Program presents Elephant’s Graveyard by George Brant, a haunting and visually compelling ensemble piece inspired by true events. Set in 1916, the play examines the collision of a struggling circus and a small Tennessee town, culminating in a moment that raises difficult questions about justice, responsibility, and the power of the crowd.
Told through a series of interwoven perspectives, the production invites audiences to reflect on how easily individuals can become part of something larger, and more dangerous, than themselves.
Performances will be held at Northeastern Junior College. Admission is free and open to the public, with donations welcome.
This production contains mature themes and may not be suitable for all audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
