Safety & Security

The Office of Campus Safety and Security works diligently to support a safe and secure environment for our students, visitors, faculty and staff so that they may enjoy and succeed in a comfortable learning environment.

Campus Safety and Security works with the local city, county, state and even federal law enforcement, as well as fire and emergency management authorities to provide the best possible service to the Northeastern community.

The office of the Coordinator of Campus Safety & Security is located on the second floor of the south end of Walker Hall. Feel free to call the Coordinator at 970-521-6683 for any assistance or questions. It has a number of resources and tools including links about First Aid and CPR instructions, Support Resources, Severe Weather, and a real time geo-tracking safety escort tool called Friend Walk.
