Applying for Admission

There are currently two ways to apply for admission:

Online

1. Open My Community Ed by clicking here (opens in new window). 
2. Click "Apply for Admission" on the left.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Mail-In Application

1. Print out a hard copy of NJC's Application for Admission by clicking here.
2. Complete the application.
3. Mail or fax the application along with Health History and Immunization forms to:
