Northeastern has streamlined the process of applying for Freshman scholarship. One application puts you in the running for numerous scholarships Northeastern has to offer.

Hope and Vision Scholarship

Hope eligibility:

  • Graduate from a high school located in our 5-county service area: (Logan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, or Yuma county)
  • Earn a 2.5 cumulative GPA in your 6th, 7th, or 8th semester of high school
  • Attend NJC full-time in the Fall Term immediately following high school graduation

Vision eligibility:

  • Graduate from a Colorado high school not located in our 5-county service area
  • Earn a 3.5 cumulative GPA in your 6th, 7th, or 8th semester of high school OR earn an ACT composite score of 23
  • Attend NJC full-time in the Fall Term immediately following high school graduation

Colorado Merit Scholarship

Merit eligibility:

  • Must be a Colorado resident directly enrolling from a Colorado high school
  • Freshman Applicants must have a 3.75 final high school GPA or higher
  • Sophmore/Continuing applicants must have a 3.5 GPA or higher, in at least 12 credit hours during their last semester
