The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will determine how much financial aid you are eligible for. More information and tips are provided below.

Steps to applying for financial aid.

Apply for a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN will permit you to sign your FAFSA on the web electronically. (A parent or guardian must also apply for a PIN, so that they can also sign electronically.)
Fill out and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1st. Northeastern's School Code is 001361
Watch your mail for your Award Letter. I received my award letter, now what?

Apply for COF (Colorado Residents Only)

The College Opportunity Fund (COF) is a stipend for Colorado Residents. Applying for COF will save you over $60 a credit. A full time student will save over $700!
