The Secondary Auto Technology program at Northeastern Junior College will hold its annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry on Thursday, April 24th from 5:30-8:00 p.m. The event will be held at the vocational building on the college’s North Campus, located off Pioneer Road at 350 Hagen Street. This is an annual event that raises funds for this group of high school students who are taking automotive classes through NJC. Money generated is mostly used to help pay for fuel to race a car this student group maintains and competes with during the summer at some of the area tracks.
Adult tickets are $10.00 and children 10 years old and under are $3.00 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the door or from any auto tech student. If you’d like to buy your tickets in advance, contact Richard Moon, instructor for the program at (970)521-6691.
