Request a Transcript

Online: Current Students

If you are a current student you can request official transcripts or view unofficial transcripts through your AccessNJC account.

Online: Former Students

If you are a current student or have NJC credits from Summer 1996 to present, you can request a transcript online. There is not a fee for the standard 2-4 day processing time, but if you need it same day, there is a $5.00 charge.

In Person:

Drop in to the Records Office located in the Hays Student Center, Room 137.

Complete a Transcript Request Form
Official transcripts are free, and the standard processing time is 2-4 days. If you need the transcript ran immediately, there is a $5.00 charge per transcript.

Be sure to include:

Name, Address, Contact Phone Number
The address to where you want the transcript to be sent.
Sign and date your request (A request not signed by the student will be returned unprocessed)
