Complete all fields below for EACH WebCT course shell you need held over. That is, if you want 3 courses held over on WebCT, you need to submit this form 3 times.

When your WebCT course shell(s) has/have been set to be held over, you will be notified be email. If Online Learning has any further questions, we will contact you by email. Please allow 5 business days for all requests.
