Ask at the CIRCULATION DEPARTMENT for your Colorado Library Card, reserve materials, videos, interlibrary loan requests, directions to various areas in the library,

THE REFERENCE DEPARTMENT has statistical sources, encyclopedias, government publications, federal and state legal reference materials.
      Archival newspaper articles are available by topic beginning with the year 2000. Articles have been reproduced on acid-free paper and can be found in the lateral file under the  printer in the reference area. Please ask the library staff for assistance if you would like to access these resources.

Ask at the PERIODICALS DEPARTMENT for help in finding magazines and newspapers, bound periodicals, microforms, help in using the indexes to periodical literature, and for help using the library's online periodical sources. Ask at the AUDIO-VISUAL DEPARTMENT in the Isabell Sullivan Technology Center for help in using the library's collection of audiovisual materials, online databases, and for scheduling use of the audiovisual classroom. Phone 970-521-6613 for more information.

PHOTOCOPY FACILITIES:
A photocopy machine for patron use is located at the west end of the Periodicals Reading Room. A microform reader/printer is also available. Cost for copies is 10 cents per page.

LIBRARY INSTRUCTION:
The library staff offers instruction sessions in using the library's print, audiovisual, electronic, and online resources. Tours of the library may also be arranged. Phone

COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT:
The Monahan Library's primary goal is to provide materials in various formats which support the curricular programs of Northeastern Jr. College. Faculty input is welcome and encouraged regarding titles which are purchased and/or weeded from the Library's collection. Phone 970-521-6721 for more information.

DISTANCE LEARNERS:
The Monahan Library provides online services to all patrons, including distance learners. All patrons, including distance learners can access the Library's CARLweb and online journal databases via the Internet. In addition, online reference and interlibrary loan requests are available to all library patrons.
