Theatre Advising Guide
NJC's award-winning theatre program gives students a firm foundation in the basics of the theatrical craft. Whether a student plans on a career in theatre or film, or just wants to expand his or her love of the art form, the program provides the tools to move forward in this very competitive world.
The work done at NJC enables students to transfer to four-year institutions secure in the knowledge that they are grounded in the basics of the theatre, enabling them to compete in the theatrical world at major universities. Coursework combines theoretical work and practical on-stage experience.
NJC Theatre productions are open to all students regardless of major.
