A Culinary Experience
July 7 ~ July 11 Monday through Friday 6:30-9:30pm $90 plus $35 for supplies Register by 7/1 Gain knowledge from Chef Calvin Lee. From knife skills to the Five Mother Sauces, Chef Lee will share his expertise in a hands-on class. Class size is limited.
Writer’s Seminar
Monday, August 4 9:00-4:00 $49 includes materials Register by 7/24
This class is for anyone who wants to become a published author. Some topics that will be presented include marketing your manuscripts, how to get started and keep going, copyrighting you work and more. Instructor is Peter Davidson. Mr. Davidson has written 23 books and has presented over 500 writer’s seminars. College credit is available.
