- Athletic contests: 2,000+ seating / 1,000 theater seats
- $200,000 sound system with special click effects
- Special lighting (laser lights, show lights, spotlights, mirror ball)
- Auxiliary gym (115' x 120') with a dividing curtain to make two full-size basketball courts
- Banked walking / jogging track (13 laps = 1 mile)
- Weight room - 2400 sq.ft. with over 80 pieces of equipment
- Cardio area (27' x 120') 3,200 sq.ft. (3 treadmills, 2 cross trainers, 2 stair steppers, 12 programmable bicycles)
- Public locker rooms, public restrooms
- Two men's varsity locker rooms / two women's varsity locker rooms
- Lobby area, upstairs lounge area
- Conference room (30'3" x 18'10") with sink and dry marker boards
- Multi-purpose room (33'6" x 23') with extra floor padding for aerobics and other exercise classes. (this room has sink as well)
