Women’s Volleyball Recognized Among Academic Elite

Sterling, CO – The 2009-2010 Northeastern Junior College Women’s Volleyball team has been recognized nationally for their achievements in the classroom.  The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) has recognized the NJC Women’s Volleyball team as one of only eight programs to earn recoginition. NJC Student-Athletes Earn Academic Honors

Three Northeastern Junior College Student-Athletes have been recognized for accomplishments they have achieved in the classroom.  Paige Allred, Richard Grauberger and Amy Marin have excelled at continuing an athletic rich tradition in their respective sports and now they have brought national recognition to Northeastern Junior College for exemplifying the term “Student-Athlete. “ (more)
