How to Register for Courses at NJC

Step 1. Click here to open My Community Education.

Step 2.

Click Login.

Sign in using your information for User ID & Password.

Register Step 4

User ID:

  • New Fall 2006 Student ID
    Starts with an S followed by 8 digits (Example: S00012345)
  • Previous Student ID
    Starts with an N followed by 8 digits (Example: N12345678)

Password:

  • 1st time you log in your password is your SIX Digit date of birth (Example:  February 14, 1987 - Password = 021487)

Step 4.

Change your Password

  1. Re-enter PIN (Birth Month, Birth Date, Birth Year)
  2. New PIN (Must be 6 digits)
  3. Re-Enter New PIN (Must be 6 digits)

Click Login

  1. Enter an easily answered question.
  2. Enter the answer.

Click Submit

Choose Student Services.

Choose Registration Menu.

Click Add or Drop courses

Select the Term

Click Submit

Step 10.

  1. Make sure NJC is selected as the College
  2. Enter CRN (Course Reference Number for the course(s) you are enrolling in.

Click Submit Changes

Authorizing the College Opportunity Fund

After you have added your courses and you are on the Add/Drop Courses Page, choose Click here to authorize the College Opportunity Fund Stipend from the State of Colorado.

You can either choose to accept the stipend, or decline the stipend.  Choose the option.  Click Submit.

Step 12.

To view your schedule, choose Return to Menu.
