Transcript Requests

1. Log in to AccessNJC
2. Click the Student tab
3. Find the Student Information section
4. Click the Order Official Transcript link

1. Log in to AccessNJC
2. On the Welcome Tab, locate the Where do I find... section
3. Scroll down to Quick Links and click the Request an Official Transcript link

Official transcripts are free, and the standard processing time is 2-4 days.  If you need the transcript ran immediately, there is a $5.00 charge per transcript.

1. Log in to Self Service Banner with your S Number and six digit pin
   You can use the Forgot User ID? button or the Forgot Pin? button or call Records at 970.521.6700 to obtain login information.
2. Click the Student Menu link
3. Click the Official Transcript Request quick link
4. Scroll down to Quick Links and click the Request an Official Transcript link

Official transcripts are free, and the standard processing time is 2-4 days.  If you need the transcript ran immediately, there is a $5.00 charge per transcript.

1. Download and fill out the Transcript Request Form
2. Be sure to include:
   1. Name, Address and Contact Phone Number
   2. The Address where you want the transcript to be sent
   3. Signature and date of request (A request not signed and dated will be returned unprocessed)
3. Mail Form to:
   Northeastern Junior College
   Records Office
   100 College Ave
   Sterling, CO 80751

1. Fill out a Transcript Request Form
   These can be filled out at the Records office or you can Download the Transcript Request Form, fill it out and bring it with you.

GED transcripts must be requested through the Colorado Department of Education.
