NJC's Kids 'Career' College kicks off

Northeastern Junior College kicked off its Kids "Career" College offerings this week with a four-day wind tech class, giving youth a chance to see just what it takes to be a wind technician.

Approximately 20 sixth through eighth grade students participated in the class, which has now become a staple of NJC's Kids College offerings. While for many it was their first experience with wind technology, for some it was the second or third time they've enrolled in the class, wanting to continue to increase their knowledge of the field.
