Starting fall semester 2015, Northeastern will become an iPad college.

Purchasing an iPad through the college is not required! Students may choose to order directly from the Apple Education Store.

Available Options for Students who Wish to Request an iPad through Northeastern.

  • Financial Aid – Any student choosing to request an iPad through the college may use their financial aid if there is sufficient award money to cover the cost of the iPad after the cost of tuition, fees, room and board have been fulfilled. Students may contact the Cashier Office (at 970-521-6728 or 970-521-6702) to see if there will be sufficient financial aid. Students choosing to use their financial aid must agree to the following: Financial Aid Terms and Conditions  and to the Student Agreement

  • Payment Plans –  Students may contact the Cashier Office at 970-521-6728 or 970-521-6702 to set up a payment plan. Students choosing to set up a payment plan must agree to the following:

  • Cash, Credit Card or Certified Funds - Any student choosing to request an iPad through the college may do so by paying in full at the Cashier Office located in Hays Student Center 132 via Cash, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express), or Certified Funds (Cashier Check or Money Order). To pay via credit card, students may stop by or call the Cashier Office at 970-521-6728 or 970-521-6702. Students choosing to pay via cash, credit card, or certified funds must agree to the following terms and conditions: Student Agreement 

Financial Aid Terms and Conditions - Students using financial aid will be required to abide by these terms and conditions.
Payment Plan Terms and Conditions - Students using a payment plan will be required to abide by these terms and conditions.
Student Agreement - Students who charge on their account are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

All students will be required to sign an iPad promissory note upon receiving their iPad in the cashier's office.  View the ipad promissory note here.

Students must be registered for the upcoming semester prior to submitting this form. To register, contact the Student Success Office at 970.521.6663.

Requests submitted 8/17/2015 or later: iPad arrival will not be guaranteed for the first day of school
