Paying Your Bill
Paying your bill is quick and easy. Failure to pay tuition and fees will result in a hold being placed on a student's account which will prevent a student from registering for classes or obtain a transcript.
Listed below are some of the payment options available to you.
Online - Log in to AccessNJC and visit the Student Finance tab. Here you can view your billing statement and pay your bill.
Telephone -Call 970.521.6728 or Toll Free 1.800.626.4637 and request the cashier. You will need to have your account number and expiration date available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
In Person - Visit Hayes Student Room 132 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Payment Plans - To help you meet your educational expenses, Northeastern offers a deferred payment option withFACTS as a convenient budget plan. This is not a loan program. You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The cost to budget your interest-free monthly payment plan is a $35 per semester non-refundable enrollment fee. Learn more about FACTS here.
Third Party - If tuition and fees are to be paid by a third party, students must provide a copy of the authorization to the cashier at the time of registration. The cashier office will bill any third party sponsors. However, ultimately it is still the students’ responsibility to make sure all account balances are paid in full.
Financial Aid - Verification of payment by financial aid is complete only when the student has received an award letter of funds, other than work-study, sufficient to cover the student’s cost of tuition & fees. Students must complete the promissory note in order for loans to be disbursed on the students account.
