Practical Nursing
To apply to the LPN to ADN program
1. Go to www.njc.edu and log in to the student portal (Access NJC). You will need your NJC student ID and password.
- Click on the “student” tab
- Under “Student Information” is the link: “nursing wait list application” Click on this link to complete the online application.
An important note as the student completes the on-line application:
- Select admission term based on students projected program start date
- “Planned course of study” ADN students select “NJC LPN to ADN Nursing Wait List”
- Electronic signature-Please be sure to type your full legal name in the box on the right
2. Once the nursing wait list on-line application has been submitted the student file will be reviewed. An e-mail will be sent to the student within 2 weeks to inform them of submission status. Please follow up with the administrative assistant at (970) 521-6701 if e-mail is not received.
