Advanced Degree Programs
Advanced degree programs are available through certain colleges and universities that have agreements through Northeastern Junior College. For information about the programs contact the counseling and advising center located inside Hays Student Center, or follow up with the universities individually by utilizing the phone numbers or web sites provided here.
Colorado Christian University, offers educational licensure, as well as the Master’s of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction (MACI). In addition, students can earn a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or human resources through a 3+1 program between NJC and CCU. Franklin University offers degrees in applied management, accounting, business administration, computer science, digital communication, health care management, management information systems, public safety management, business forensics, financial management, forensics, accounting, human resources management, information technology, management and marketing. Regis University has a number of 3 + 1 programs in which a student may do three years or 90 credits at a community college and complete his/her final year (last 30 credits) at Regis. For more information on these programs go to www.transfertoregis.org

Colorado State University System’s Global Campus has teamed up with the Colorado Community College System (including NJC) to create an educational alliance aimed at ensuring access for community college graduates who want to earn a bachelor’s degree or a more advanced degree. The two work as a team to build a bridge of access, opportunity and success for thousands of community college graduates. The new alliance will provide an affordable, high quality associate’s to bachelor’s degree program that can be delivered to students at the time and place of their choice.
